- Apricot: once a year, at harvest time in July, between 800 and 1,200 kilograms of this delicious fruit are gathered from the legendary Austrian apricot region of Wachau by father Brandstätter and made into fragrant apricot jam in the kitchen of the Gasthof Brandstätter.
